On January 30, 2026, Governor Mike DeWine made five appointments to the Ohio Statewide Independent Living Council.
Ashley Poling, from Franklin County who is an Advisory Council Member and former LEND Traniee with the Ohio State University Nisonger Center.
Courtny Hines, from Delaware County who is an Outreach Advocate with the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
Kevin Flynn, from Hamilton County, former Cincinnati City Councilman, adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Law, and lawyer.
William Clark III, from Mahoning County, is a Community Outreach Advocate at the Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities and recently graduated with his Master’s in Education and Counseling.
Donna Foster, as a non-voting member representing the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council.
