Presented during National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), this award recognizes employers that demonstrate a strong commitment to creating inclusive workplaces for individuals with disabilities.
Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to apply.

The award is administered by Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), which reviews applications and recommends recipients to Governor DeWine.
