2022 Independent Living Program Statewide Needs Assessment
The Ohio Statewide Independent Living Council is currently working to gather input from the disability community and those that are involved with the disability community. We are currently gathering feedback until August 15th, 2022 on the survey below.
We appreciate your time and input. Your feedback will help us in the writing of our State Plan for Independent Living, education efforts, and increasing awareness to the needs of the disability community in Ohio.

The Ohio SILC wants your input! Below are links that will take you to a video recording website where you will be asked to answer a few questions about important topics for the disability community. You can record and practice as many times as you need to, and provide input for as many as you would like. If you have issues please contact our office for assistance.
